Hi, I'm Doug Haerle, the owner at Simply Steaming.

Here is a little about myself:

I've lived in Omaha, NE most of my life. I graduated from Papillion High School and then finished at the Institute of Computer Science, Bellevue University ,Iowa Western and Metro Tech Community Colleges.

I made the decision to stay here when my parents moved away. Omaha is my home, I'm here to stay.

I have been in cleaning for years, I worked for Olde English Building Services while in high school.
I started and owned a residential house cleaning company here in Omaha for 8 years and now I own Simply Steaming™.
 
I have a son and two step daughters that I'm very proud of. The midwest is a great place to live and raise a family.
I suppose you might be able to figure out that I like Omaha, Nebraska.

I can not say enough positive remarks about Doug and his service. He is great to talk to, and really cares about quality. He knows how to treat a customer correctly. My carpets looks amazing after Doug cleaned them. I was shocked what his machines pulled out (if you have a weak stomach....don't look) I have used other services before (Steam clean, dry clean), and they can't even touch Doug. You will not be dissapointed. He is a one man show, and he really strives to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the carpet cleaning. I will refer his services to my neighbors and co-workers. His prices are more than fair for his services. He got every single stain out, and my carpets look like they did when the house was built. A+++++++

The owner, Doug is very careful and detailed in his cleaning, more careful with my furniture then I would be. He is very nice and best of all he loves dogs so he knows how to clean the carpet and spots so they don't come back.

Simply Steaming is amazing...we had major pet 'issues' and Doug took all the time necessary to do the job RIGHT!!! This is NOT just surface cleaning like other companies offer - he actually gets down deep to thoroughly CLEAN it properly! Being the business owner, Doug takes pride in doing the job right. I will recommend him to everyone needing to have their carpets or upholstery cleaned....regardless of the extent of the project! I will be having him come every 6-8 months to freshen things up.

And, as an added benefit, you couldn't meet a nicer guy! I really enjoyed having him around for the day :-)
