When I first arrive I will inspect your property and outline what I can and can not do. What I think will come out and what I believe will not be corrected by cleaning. For example an area with a loss of color can only be corrected by dyeing or sectioning the carpet. Cleaning will not solve this type of problem.

If you have a stain I will do my absolute best to remove it. Please note that not all stains are removable. An example of this would be where a sick animal is on medication and has had an accident on the carpet. Some medications can make it impossible to remove stains. For this and many other reasons I can not guarantee that every stain will be removed.

Please call Doug, (the owner) at 402.578.6887 within 30 days if you are unhappy in any way with any job that was performed for you. I will schedule a time to do the job again. If you are still not satisfied I will refund your money for that area.
